Return Policy

We want all mamas to feel beautiful and completely in love with their Mama + Mimba Maternity pieces. If you experience an issue with your order, we will gladly accept an exchange or return. Please make sure you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return or exchange request.

To start a return or exchange request, please fill out our Returns & Exchanges Request Form. Once received, returns and exchanges requests are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

U.S. Customers

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from when your order was received to initiate a return or exchange request.

 

International Customers

All international orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Return & Exchange Eligibility Requirements

  • Your return or exchange request was initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Your returned item(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed, unscented (i.e. having no perfume/other scents on the fabric), and with original tags
  • Your returned item(s) was shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your prepaid return label
  • All returned items that are sent to us without first completing our Returns & Exchanges Request Form will not be accepted
  • All sale items, gift cards, and international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

    Mama + Mimba Maternity reserves the right to deny a return or exchange request if the returned item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Eligibility Requirements listed above.

     

    How Returns & Exchanges Work

    Once your return or exchange request is processed, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us. We kindly ask that you ship back your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your prepaid return label, and to ship with USPS.


    Once we receive and inspect your item(s), you will be notified via email if we have approved or rejected your return or exchange request. Please note, we only accept items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unscented (i.e. having no perfume/other scents on the fabric), and with original tags.

     

    Refunds (for Returns)

    Once your returned item(s) is received and approved, we will issue a full refund (including the original shipping cost) to the original payment method of the order. Refunds usually take between 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card, but please check with your banking institution or credit card company for more information.

     

    Exchanges

    Once your returned item(s) is received and approved, we will issue store credit that equals the total amount paid for by the item(s) (including the original shipping cost). We will then use the store credit to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. (Please note, you will not need to place the new order; we will place it for you.)

     

    Damaged Items

    We do our very best to provide quality assurance to all Mama + Mimba Maternity pieces. In the unfortunate case an item you receive is damaged or torn, please email us a clear photo of the damaged item (at support@mamaandmimba.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will email you instructions on how to proceed with either a return or exchange request for the damaged item.
